Setting: The Highest People Court of the Nation of Kindred

On trial is the child Sheva Elderly on claims from her people “the kindred” that she no longer conforms to the rites of their culture, the functions and role of her station nor to their convictions and beliefs that she should stand by. She shall and should no longer be granted the privilege of attaining and achieving adulthood.

Laying these charges against her is the Nation of Kindred as the State, on behalf of the rest of their Society. For them, is the Principal, Sir Zeke Zemblanio and Deputy Principal, Martha Marriette.

In attendance also are her legal representation as defense, Sir Soble Sabbath, and Arthur Anthony of the nation of kindred as well. As is the law set by the Treaty of Nations, signed and ratified by The Nation of Kindred, Druid Nations United and Africa; if ever a trial of a member of one of the countries, representatives of the other two nations would serve as Assessors to ensure the free and fair standard of trial. To this end, The Druid Thelrid and Kunta Kintu from the Druid Nations United and Africa respectively were in attendance. The Honorable Justices of the Court Lord Idwol, Lord Sieghand and Lady Egora, Lord Sieghand presiding.

There are large gatherings of people from the three nations in the court; some standing in the corridors and squishing on the benches as the child Elisheva without principal declaration has been rumored to have entered adulthood already, and the tale of “the learned Naif” and “the Little Grown Up Child” has been told throughout the land, a thing never heard of.

Lord Sieghand: Mr. Soble sir, for the benefit of the court and all who are in attendance, the facts and summary of the case as laid out against the child Elderly shall be reiterated by the nation of kindred and its respective principals before any preliminary inquiries and objections are heard. Sir Soble Sabbath: Much Obliged Lords.
Sir Zeke Zemblanio: Much Obliged my Lord. That all may know who I am, those here and those to come, I am Principal Zeke Zemblanio representative of the Nation Kindred. I present this case together with Deputy Principal Martha Mariette against the Child accused here today.

The Child Sheva Elderly is a rebel and a renegade to society Kindred charged with the crime of pretension contrary to the sacred principles of nation kindred. Having been given the blessed path of our ancestors that was given to them by their ancestors, concerning the way life is to be lived as a child until the blessed time of adulthood, she now malignantly defies it! The incorrigible belittles its usefulness in her life and by her actions, blatantly in ours all. Such is blasphemy against all that is of nation Kindred considered and believed to be truth.

My Lords, this child seeks the tarnishment of our sacred principles of our nation by her defiance. She seeks to grow up before she is allowed to bear the title only bestowed by those worthy of the task. This honorable court shall hear from witnesses of the prosecution that have with their own senses perceived her to act, on more than one ocassion as a grown up, yet she is not and still a child. She is a pretender Lords and gulity of such and we so pray this court find so.

The actions of the Child Elderly of such caliber are dangerous to society as they would unravel the fabric of our tradition, way of life and throw us into dissension. The numbers in this court today are evidence enough to the confusion and panic our nation is wrought with by of this child’s crimes. In light of the history of our great nations Lords, consider your decision today as one that would affirm the necessary enforcement of our sacred principles for the prevention of anarchy and societal disillusionment.

We ask that the Child Sheva Elderly for her actions be denied title-adult and passage into the same for she neither understands nor appreciates its essence and must be thus accursed by her depravity. We so pray.
